sich im Erdgeschoss, aber da die WG etwas erhöht ist und Jalousien vorhanden sind, ist es alles sehr unproblematisch. Grundsätzliches ist das Zimmer unmöbiliert, aber evtl würde ich auch ein paar Möbel da lassen, darüber lässt sich aber gerne reden. Ansonsten umfasst die WG ein großes Wohnzimmer/Küche, wo man sich jederzeit aufhalten und es sich gemütlich machen kann, sowie ein Bad und ein seperates WC.
Lage:
Die Lage ist optimal. Unsere WG befindet sich mitten in Friedrichstadt. Im Umkreis von 200m gibt es nicht nur mehrere Straßenbahnhaltestellen, sondern auch einen Rewe, der bis 24 Uhr geöffnet hat. Ansonsten kann man schön Zeit in den Cafes am Fürstenplatz verbringen und in 10-15min ist man in der Innenstadt. Für alle die gerne mal spazier

das Bad sind komplett ausgestattet und du kannst dich einfach wie zuhause fühlen, dich aus der Tür ins Getümmel stürzen oder es dir auf meiner Fensterbank im Zimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof gemütlich machen. Benutz auch gerne mein Fahrrad wenn du willst.
Supermarkt, der große Volksgarten, Fitnesstudio, Drogerie, Uni, Hochschule und alles anderen was man so zum Leben braucht sind fußläufig erreichbar und sollten nachts um 3 doch mal keine Bahnen aus der Innenstadt mehr fahren, kannst du auch bequem von dort aus nach Hause laufen.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen wenn du bei uns für 5 Monate einziehen möchtest.
Zu den angegebenen Kosten kommen noch 9€ fürs Internet dazu.

Außer ein paar mäßig verputzten Löchern gibt es aber keine Beanstandungen. Die Wohnung muss demensprechend auch unrenoviert wieder übergeben werden. Ein weiteres kleines Zimmer nebenan, welches als Büro genutzt werden kann, ist 7 qm groß.
Vom Vormieter können folgende Möbel übernommen werden: Kleiderschrank (siehe Bilder).
Die gemeinsame Küche bietet Platz zum (gemeinsamen) Kochen, Reden und Freunde treffen. Wir haben sogar einen Balkon mit genug Platz für einen Tisch und ein paar Stühle. Spül- und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Des Weiteren haben wir einen Keller mit genug Platz für Fahrräder oder Umzugskisten.

Das einzige, was fehlt, ist eine Kaffeemaschine - die nehmen die aktuellen Mitbewohnerinnen wieder mit.
