abgehen. An die Küche grenzt noch eine kleine Vorrats- / Abstellkammer. Die Küche ist schön groß, sodass auch ein Tisch zum gemeinsamen Sitzen darin noch gut Platz finden wird. Auch der Flur/ Eingangsbereich ist eher groß und hat noch einen großen Schrank.
Das Zimmer hat in zwei Richtungen Fenster und ist dadurch sehr hell. Die Räume sind außerdem altbautypisch sehr hoch. Die Größe des Zimmers kann ich momentan noch nicht genau sagen, sie ist aber zwischen 15qm und 18qm.
Für wen der Platz in Flur, Küche, Abstellkammer und im Zimmer noch nicht reicht, der kann noch den wohnungszugehörigen Keller nutzen, der sowohl von innen als auch von außen zu erreichen ist. Das ist beispielsweise für ein Fahrrad praktisch. Wen es nicht stört, kann sein Fa

Dieser beherbergt zwei Balkone mit Blick über ganz Bremen, nochmal einer größeren Küche und einigen zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten. Dies reicht von Backofen, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und und und -- also alles was man braucht.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und des gemeinsamen Wohnraums lassen viel Gemeinschaft aber auch Rückzug ohne Abstriche zu. Hier findet jede/r was er/sie gerade braucht!

Die Lage ist unserer Meinung nach fantastisch :-)
