Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da man keinerlei Geräusche von den Nachbarn mitbekommt. Die Tram-Haltestelle Hochschule München (20, 21) ist 2 Minuten und die U-Bahn Stiglmaierplatz (U1) 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
