Du bist also direkt in der Innenstadt, Haltestelle Höfchen/Listmann ist keine Minute zu Fuß entfernt, zum Bahnhof brauchst du ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Rhein 5 Minuten. Das Haus lieget in der südliche Altstadt nahe dem S Bahnhof Römisches Theater und nahe Schillerplatz / Höfchen für den Stadtbus.
Zur Orientierung: Neben bzw hinter dem "Frankfurter Hof".
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut.
Wenn du Sport machst kannst du von hier gut zu Fuss oder Rad zum nahen Rheinufer kommen.|WG-Leben:Mitbewohner ist der Eigentümer.
Ich bin von Haus aus Verwaltungswissenschaftler mit Handwerkslehre vor dem Studium. Ich war mehrere Jahre in Paris und in Mali Westafrika und bin derzeit ab und zu in den ASEAN Staaten in Südostasien.

großen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch, ein großes Bett (180x200cm), ein Billy-Regal, eine Kommode und eine Nachtkommode.
Ich würde die meisten Sachen da lassen und nur einige Kleider aus dem Schrank mitnehmen, wir können aber gerne besprechen, wieviel Platz du brauchst. Ich passe mich an.
Was auf jeden Fall im Zimmer bleibt, ist meine schöne Stereo-Anlage inklusive CDs (ich weiß, ich bin old-school :D).
Das Zimmer ist definitiv das, was du brauchst, um deine Ruhe nach dem Arbeitstag zu haben. Meine schönen ferngesteuerten Lampen sorgen zur entspannten Atmosphäre ;)
Die Fotos sind von vor 6 Monaten. Inzwischen habe ich die Möbel ein bisschen umgestellt (und nun ist das Zimmer am besten!).
