Generell sind wir keine Zweck Wg und machen auch mal Partys oder chillen zusammen in unserer gemütlichen Küche oder dem Balkon.
Wir haben 2 Bäder und du wirst das größere benutzen dürfen.
Wir achten nicht streng auf Ordentlichkeit aber es sollen sich alle wohlfühlen und wir räumen unsere Sachen ganz normal weg. Geputzt wird 1x die Woche von einer Person die im berüchtigten💖Putzplan💖 steht.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Ecke Roonstraße/Lindenstraße. Dafür ist es aber nachts auch mit offenem fenster ziemlich still, mit geschlossenem kaum zu hören.
Der aachener weiher sowie die Uniwiesen sind quasi um die Ecke, also seid ihr bei uns schnell im Grünen.
Auch die Uni ist direkt um die Ecke und in unter 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen.
Bahnen sind sowohl 12,15,1,7,9,18,16 und die RB in max. 10 min fußweg zu erreichen und Busse 136 und 146 fahren direkt vor der Tür.
