Sowohl alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens als auch schöne Ausgehmöglichkeiten und sämtliche S und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind fussläufig erreichbar (Messe/Deutz & Deutzer Freiheit - Linie 9; 7; 1). Trotz der zentralen Lage, ist die Straße super ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man in ein paar Minuten die Poller Wiesen oder den Rheinpark. Gleichzeitig ist die Innenstadt Kölns nur eine Station mit der KVB oder wenige hundert Meter mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß entfernt. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist wirklich toll.
