Die Lage ist wirklich toll! Wir wohnen im schönen Damenviertel, die Uni und viele ihrer Fakultäten sind sehr entspannt und in wenigen Minuten mit Fuß, Fahrrad oder Bahn zu erreichen. Die Bahnstation Spittelplatz ist nur die St.-Jakob-Straße runter und auch die Thulb sowie die Innenstadt sind gleich ums Eck. Natur und Möglichkeiten für Freizeitbeschäftigungen sind ebenfalls quasi vor der Tür. Eine Schäfer Filiale ist gerade im die Ecke.|

Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Viertel gelegen. Sowohl der Rewe als auch der Lidl sind ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Man braucht zu Fuß ungefähr 15 min in die Stadt und zur Uni, mit dem Fahrrad sind es etwa 5 Minuten. Etwa 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt, aber nicht in Hörweite, fahren Bus und Straßenbahn, mit denen man in Jena überall hin kommt.|WG-Leben:Ich bin 26 und und studiere Lehramt auf Sport und Mathe. Das WG-Leben bis jetzt war immer sehr entspannt. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, welches auch Platz bietet für mehrere Leute.
Mir ist sehr viel recht. Ich lege eigentlich nur Wert auf einen freundlichen und toleranten Umgang in der WG. Rassismus, Sexismus oder Diskriminierung jeglicher Art ist das einzige, was absolut unerwünscht

Das Wohnzimmer besteht zu 50 Prozent aus Sofa.. und hat einen großen Fernseher an der Wand hängen.
In meinem Zimmer werden alle Möbel stehen bleiben, sodass du dich da gar nicht drum kümmern musst. Ich würde nur in dem riesigen Schrank ein Fach mit meinen Sachen befüllen, die ich nicht brauche, während der Zeit, die ich weg bin. ( ich mache ein Pflichtpraktikum in Augsburg im Rahmen meine Sportmanagements-Studiums)

hin ausgerichtet und hat direkten Anschluss an den Flur. Wir teilen uns zu dritt eine Küche, ein Bad und einen Balkon (Ostseite, schließt an Nikos Zimmer an). Waschmaschine und WLAN sind vorhanden, Geschirrspülmaschine und Trockner nicht. Wir haben Zugriff auf ein Keller- und ein Dachbodenabteil, Fahrradstellplätze sind vorhanden.
Nach Möbeln, die evtl im Zimmer bleiben können, frage ich Mostafa. Das können wir ja auch individuell klären :)
Lage:
Der Saalbahnhof, Straßenbahn, Bus, Rewe und LIDL sind fußläufig gut und in je 5min zu erreichen. Bis zum JenTower läuft man 20min, mit dem Rad sind es 5min.
