Das Gebäude befindet sich derzeit noch im Bau. Der Vermieter ist mit der Gründung einer WG einverstanden.
Mehrere Faktoren werden sich erst nach und nach herauskristallisieren - auch je nachdem, ob ich dem Vermieter (zeitnah) mein Interesse (und das von den WG-Mitbewohnern) verbindlich zusichern kann.
