Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Michel, in einer erstklassigen Lage. Das Portugiesenviertel, die Alster, die Elbe und der Kiez sind alle in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Anbindungen an U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Busse sind hervorragend.
