Da das Altbau ist, ist das Zimmer sehr hoch und hat Stuck an der Decke.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine große Küche, die komplett ausgestattet ist. Bad und WC sind getrennt. Es gibt außerdem ein Esszimmer und großes Wohnzimmer; beides durch einen großen Durchgang verbunden. All diese Räume können natürlich mitbenutzt werden! Heißt: komm gerne mit auf die Couch oder setzt dich an den Esstisch zum arbeiten, lernen oder sonstiges, mach gerne dein Workout im Wohnzimmer etc.
Im Keller ist auch noch etwas Platz.

Lage:
die Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in Altona oder der Schanze ist. Trotz der recht befahrenen Strasse ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig.|WG-Leben:Ich bin selten zuhause, lebe vegan, koche ungern und bin sehr geruchsempfindlich. Deshalb schätze ich reinliches, natürliches und nachhaltiges Verhalten. Für mich ist es in erster Linie eine Zweckgemeinschaft. Mir wäre wichtig, dass du einen geregelten Job hast und wie ich viel unterwegs bist.
