Küchenmöbel und Co. bleiben natürlich in der WG. Die Küche inklusive Waschmaschine gehört der WG, dafür wird ein Abschlag fällig (s. Sonstiges).
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Pempelfort in bester Lage. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 9 Minuten mit der Bahn entfernt, die direkt vor der Haustür abfährt. Alternativ kann man auch die S-Bahn-Haltestelle Zoo-S nehmen, die ist auch n
