Lage:
Das Gebäude liegt in Gröpelingen und ist somit an das Straßenbahnnetz zur Innenstadt angeschlossen. Die nächste Station am Lindenhofcenter liegt etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt und kommt ungefähr alle 5 -10 Minuten eine Straßenbahn.
Es gibt in der Nähe auch verschiedene Einkaufsläden in Gehreichweite. Bspw. Rewe, Penny, Netto etc.
Eines der schöneren Dinge sind meiner Meinung nach die langen Grünstreifen, auf denen man gut mit dem Fahrrad fahren kann oder spazieren kann. So kann man auch fast bis zur Innenstadt fahren, ohne dabei die richtigen Straßen benutzen zu müssen.
Es gibt auch einen See in der Nähe (Feldmarksee), in dem man im Sommer baden kann. Mi
