Die Wohnung ist in sichtweite zur Ringbahn Sonnenallee, am Rande von Rixdorf. Ziemlich gut angeschlossen in alle Richtungen und trotzdem 4 Minuten vom Böhmischen Platz entfernt.

Da die Wohnung im Hinterhof liegt, ist es hier besonders ruhig. Vor allem im Sommer kann man im Wohnzimmer die großen Fenster offen lassen und wird durch 2 große Bäume vor der Hitze geschützt. Das Wohnzimmer sowie die Küche liegen zur Südseite, was die Wohnung besonders hell macht.
Das Juwel der Wohnung ist das Badezimmer, welches relativ groß und gut geschnitten ist, hier macht baden Spaß! :) Die Wohnung hat zudem auch neue
